How do you choose an airplane for my trip?
We compare seating, luggage space, range, airport requirements, cabin condition and availability. We explain the options and confirm the actual airplane’s details before you commit.
What sets the price?
Aircraft category, where the aircraft is based, your dates, and how flexible you can be. Your emailed estimate provides an indicative planning range, not a record of verified recent sales. If the cheaper aircraft is the smarter choice, we say so.
What happens if weather or a mechanical problem hits?
If weather, maintenance or crew availability changes the plan, we discuss the available aircraft, timing alternatives and applicable booking terms with you. A replacement depends on availability.
What is an empty leg?
Sometimes an aircraft has to fly somewhere with no passengers to reach its next trip. Match your dates to that flight and the price can drop well below a normal charter. The catch: it can change or cancel if the main trip does. Join the empty leg email list and choose your market.
Does a quote cost me anything?
