Is 30 minutes for real?
For most trips, yes. Longer itineraries or an odd routing can take more digging. If yours does, I'll tell you that up front instead of letting the clock run quiet.
Who actually flies the plane?
An FAA Part 135 certified air charter operator flies every trip. I arrange it as your broker, and I only work with operators whose certificate history and safety records meet the highest standard.
What sets the price?
Plane size, where it's based, your dates, how flexible you can be. If the cheaper plane is the smarter choice, I'll say so.
What happens if weather or a mechanical problem hits?
Before I confirm a trip, I already have a backup plan: what plane can step in, from where, and how fast. If something changes, I'm on the phone fixing it before you even reach the airport.
What is an empty leg?
Sometimes a plane has to fly somewhere with no passengers, just to get to its next trip. Match your dates to that flight, and the charter can run up to 50% off. The catch: it can change or cancel if the main trip does. Text ALERTS to 615.652.9091 to hear about these first.
